You show up, you process, you leave. And then life happens in the gap. By Thursday, the old pattern flares up, the argument repeats itself, or the contraction hits, and you are left waiting for the next hour on the calendar to figure out what to do with it all.

My one-on-one work is the opposite of that. It is designed for continuous contact, built specifically for individuals and couples exhausted by relational distress, conflict, and the dread that connection will always feel this hard.

This process tends to resonate with people who have reached the edge of effort.

It often fits when:

  • Life has begun organizing itself around exhaustion, over-functioning, or a loss of contact with oneself

  • Relationships feel strained, repetitive, or charged in ways that don’t resolve through insight alone

  • You’re moving through a significant transition and familiar ways of orienting no longer hold

  • You’ve spent years in thoughtful inner work, and something essential still hasn’t settled

Experience reorganizes through contact, not instruction. I offer a few different ways to hold that contact, depending on what the moment is asking for.

The Unbecoming Intensive (3 or 6 Months)

For when you need a structured, sustained container to unravel what is no longer working.

The Intensive is slow, relational work. We stay with the places where insight has already arrived and life keeps moving anyway—where burnout, reactivity, disconnection, or uncertainty continue to surface. We approach these movements not as problems to fix, but as meaningful responses carrying intelligence shaped over time.

Who This Is For

This tends to fit when something significant is asking for your attention — a relationship that keeps hitting the same wall, a transition that has unsettled more than you expected, or a long-standing pattern that insight alone hasn't touched. It is for people who want a dedicated container with structure and rhythm, who are ready to slow down and stay with something over time rather than move through it quickly.

What’s Included

  • Six 60-Minute Sessions: Meeting bi-weekly (for the 3-month) or roughly every four weeks (for the 6-month). Each session is shaped by what's present—not an agenda, not a protocol.

  • Ongoing Contact Between Sessions: Email and voice memo support between sessions. For when something surfaces and needs a place to land before we meet again.

  • Session Recordings and Somatic Reflections: Recordings of each session, along with written somatic reflections shaped by what emerged in our time together.

The Continuous

For ongoing, real-time support without the structure of scheduled sessions.

Life doesn't happen in 50-minute increments on a Tuesday afternoon. The Continuous is designed for people who want access to my thinking and presence in the exact moments when things are cracking open—whether that's a Wednesday night or the morning after a hard conversation.

Who This Is For

This tends to fit when you are not in a moment of crisis but you want someone close to the work. Maybe you have already done a significant amount of inner work and what you need now is not another container — it is a thread. Someone to think with when something surfaces, who already knows your patterns and can meet you where you are. It is also a natural next step after the Intensive for people who want to stay in contact without the structure of bi-weekly sessions.

How it works

Think of it as two sessions worth of time each month — except instead of two fixed hours on a calendar, you get to use it in the moments that actually need it. A voice memo the morning after something hard. A custom prompt when you're sitting with something you can't quite name. A call when you need to think out loud. The time is yours to use as the month unfolds.

Each month you have access to me for approximately 120 minutes of contact time, used however makes the most sense for what's coming up. You don't need to plan it out. When something surfaces, you reach out.

  • Custom journal prompts or meditations designed for exactly what you are moving through

  • Email exchanges to think something through in writing

A single 60-minute live session to explore what is present. This is the starting point if we haven't worked together before, or a place to return to when you need a touchpoint.
