It’s designed for those who sense that their questions about the nervous system, identity, and meaning are interconnected—part of a larger inquiry into how they’ve learned to relate to themselves over time.

An exploration of the body and nervous system as sources of information and guidance. This phase focuses on developing a more attuned, respectful relationship with the body as lived experience. -
Phase Five: Integration — Unbecoming Again
A course centered on continuity rather than completion. It explores how this work is lived over time—through change, repetition, and return—without the pressure to arrive anywhere final.
This process is about developing clarity—about how you came to be who you are, what has shaped your patterns of protection and connection, and how to remain in relationship with yourself with less force and more honesty.
The Full Course Bundle is best approached slowly. It’s something to return to, revisit, and engage with over time, especially during periods of transition or reorientation. There is no requirement to move through it in a particular order or on a particular timeline. The invitation is simply to stay with the work as it unfolds.
