What This Course Is

This course is a complete walk through the five phases of The Process of Unbecoming, designed to be lived slowly and relationally rather than completed or mastered.

Inside, you’ll move through:

  • Phase One: Awareness
    Reorienting to awareness as already present, and noticing how access fluctuates without being lost.

  • Phase Two: Unraveling
    Meeting identity, protection, and emotional intensity as adaptive responses rather than problems to solve.

  • Phase Three: Emerging
    Allowing belief, effort, and meaning to loosen as primary organizing forces.

  • Phase Four: Animating
    Living awareness through the body and relationships without self-monitoring or performance.

  • Phase Five: Returning
    Letting what has shifted organize life naturally, without needing to preserve or manage it.

Throughout the course, each phase includes:

  • Core orientations that speak from within lived experience

  • Experiential invitations designed to unfold across daily life

  • Reflections that anticipate confusion, resistance, and fear without trying to resolve them

  • Closing orientations that allow each phase to settle on its own terms

This course is not a program for self-optimization or healing as an outcome. It’s a space to stop relating to yourself as a project, and to rediscover what remains when effort softens and awareness is allowed to lead.
