The Lived Truths of Unbecoming

If the principles are true, then the lived truths are the result.

This course lives inside The Process of Unbecoming and follows the lived truths that become apparent once wholeness is no longer in question.Ā The course stays with what begins to organize on its own when effort loosens, protection is understood rather than opposed, and experience is met relationally rather than managed.

Each module names a lived truth—how experience tends to arrange itself when the pressure to fix, resolve, or complete softens. They describe orientations that often emerge quietly, without announcement, as attention shifts away from self-correction and toward contact with what is already unfolding.

It includes orientation, teaching, and experiential practices that do not aim to regulate, soothe, or resolve. The practices are designed to stay with what is already present long enough for it to register without being advanced, interpreted, or turned into insight.

This course is for those who have felt the limits of self-improvement, including its more refined forms, and no longer experience becoming as the right frame. It offers a way of remaining with life as it is lived—complex, relational, and ongoing.
