Take What Fits. Leave the Rest.

A way of relating to unbecoming.

Take What Fits. Leave the Rest is a short, guided exploration of how Unbecoming understands being human.

This work begins from the observation that much of what we experience in our bodies, identities, and inner lives makes sense when held in context. Responses that feel confusing, limiting, or stuck often formed in response to real conditions, shaping how we learned to move through the world.

The course explores a way of relating to yourself that does not depend on effort, urgency, or self-correction. It stays with the idea of capacity as inherent rather than earned, identity as something that formed in response to what was required, and change as something that unfolds through relationship rather than force or insight alone.

This offering is reflective and experiential rather than instructional. It presents a lens and allows its meaning to take shape through lived experience rather than agreement or adoption.
